Our Mission
The Journal of Business & Leadership Studies is a peer-reviewed journal designed to provide an ongoing forum for academic and practitioner researchers to exchange ideas, information and knowledge based on both theoretical development and empirical research on business leadership studies. JBLS publishes original, high quality papers/ articles that contribute to the advancement in the study of business leadership theory and practices.
JBLS promote ethical leadership behavior and education by serving as a forum for ideas and the sharing of best practices; lessons learned. It will serve as a resource for businesses and institutional leaders, educators, and students concerned about values-based leadership practices. JBLS defines values-based leadership to include topics involving ethics in leadership, moral judgment in business decision-making, actions, stewardship of our natural environment (SCR) as a source of motivation.
